This guide will explain how to update form fields conditionally.
- Initial Setup:
- Drag and drop three “Text” fields and a “Conditional Field Updates” field onto your form.
- Rename the fields as needed.
- Configuring The “Conditional Field Updates” Field:
- Click the pencil icon on the “Conditional Field Updates” field.
- You can add a condition as per your requirement.

is the field ID of the “Text” field called “Value 1” - Operator= equals

is the field ID of the “Text” field called “Value 2”. - Field To Update=

is the field ID of the “Text” field called “Condition 1”. - True Value= True

Note:
- Under “Field 1” and “Field 2”, please add either the field merge ID of another element on the form or a static value to be checked.
- Under “Operator”, select the conditional operation to be performed against “Field 1” and “Field 2”.
- Under “Field To Update”, add the field merge ID of the field from Form where the actual resultant value is to be stored based on “True Value” or “False Value”.
- Test Your Form:
- It will update the field labelled "Condition 1” based on the value of the fields labelled “Value 1” and “Value 2”.
