Update Form Attributes Using the Helper Page

This guide will explain how to update Form Attributes using the Helper Page.

1. ACCESS HELPER PAGE:

Please use this helper page link to update different attributes to your form: https://app.formyoula.com/online_v5/665a4ca046b385001b2a7343

2. ENABLE FORM ATTRIBUTES:

  • Select the form for which you want to update attributes.

  • Check the box for each attribute you want to enable for your form.
  • Available Attributes:
    • Use Salesforce API User ID: Ensures that Salesforce API actions are executed under the API User ID instead of the individual form user.
    • Enable CSV Export for Salesforce Storage: Allows form data to be exported as a CSV file stored in Salesforce.
    • Disable Salesforce Retry with Form Owner: Prevents Salesforce from retrying failed actions under the form owner’s credentials.
    • Stop Connections if Any Error: Immediately halts all Salesforce connections if an error occurs during submission.

  • Click “Update Attributes”.
  • These attributes will be applied and active for your form configuration.
