Retry Failed Salesforce Records

This guide explains how to retry failed entries using the “Retry Failed Salesforce Records” helper page.

  • On the Dashboard, click the “Actions” dropdown located on the far right of your form name.

  • Click "More Options” under "Actions".

  • Click the “Retry Failed Salesforce Records” helper page.

  • It will display the error list.

  • Click the “Update Entry” button.

  • It will update the record on Salesforce.

Optional: You can also update the field value of a field if the entry has failed due to an incorrect field value.

  • Fill in the “Field Id” and “New Field Value” options.
    • "Field Id": The field ID of the form field.
    • "New Field Value": The Salesforce record ID.

Note: The record ID can be copied from the Salesforce Details page URL.
