Resolve Common Salesforce Errors

This guide will explain how to resolve common Salesforce errors.

1. The “Not_Found” Error:

  • The "Not_Found" error always indicates that the user does not have access to the Object.
  • In this case, the administrator needs to verify whether the user has access to the Object.

2. The “Invalid_grant-expired access/refresh token” Error:

  • The “Invalid_grant” error always indicates that the user needs to sign in with Salesforce again.
  • Users can refresh the token from the Formyoula app setup page.
