Prevent User From Editing Entries Submitted By Other Users

This guide will explain how to prevent a user from editing form entries submitted by other users. User will still be able to edit their own entries using the Formyoula web mobile app.

1. ADD THE USER ATTRIBUTE:

• Go to the Dashboard and log in as an admin: https://app.formyoula.com/dashboard
• Click on Users in the top navigation menu.

• Open the User's Edit Page

• Find the user you want to restrict.

• Click the Edit button to open the user's edit page.

• Click the “Advanced” section on the edit page.

• Add this attribute: “disable_dashbaord_form_entry_editing": "true"

• Click “Update User” to apply the changes to the user's profile.

2. TEST THE CONFIGURATION:

• Log in as the updated user and open the dashboard.
• The entries on the page do not have an edit option.

• Note: The user can still edit their own entries via the Formyoula web mobile app: https://app.formyoula.com/mobile
