To start, please go to your Formyoula Dashboard - https://app.formyoula.com/dashboard and click "New Form".
Rename your form, we will use "Lead Capture".
Add at least one page to your form. We will add one called "Details" and click the "+" button to create it.
Drag and drop a Graphic field from the Media section, this can be used for your company logo.
Press on the "Pencil" button to edit the "Graphic" field. Upload an image and change the "Graphic Label", "Width" and the "Graphic Position" as you need.
Drag and drop a "Header" field on the form and press the "Pencil" button to edit the field. We will use this as a header for our contact detail section on the form.
Drag and drop a "Text" field from the "Input" section. We will use this one to capture the "First Name".
Drag and drop a "Text" field from the "Input" section. We will use this one to capture the "Last Name".
Drag and drop a "Text" field from the "Input" section. We will use this one to capture the "Company".
Drag and drop an "Email" field from the "Input" section. We will use this one to capture the "Email".
Now drag and drop another "Header" field. We will use this as a header for our business card section on the form.
And now drag and drop a "Photo" field from the "Media" section. We will change the label to "Business Card Photo", this will be used to capture a photo of the business card.
When finished, click the "Save & Close" button.
Now we will need to add a Salesforce connection for the Lead capture. Click "Add" under the connection column.
Select Salesforce from the available connections list and click "Create Connection".
Select "Lead" from the "Salesforce Object" list and click "Save".
Now we need to map our Formyoula fields to the Salesforce "Lead" fields. First we will map the Formyoula "First Name" field to the Salesforce "First Name" field, when both are selected click "Create Map".
Formyoula "Last Name" field to the Salesforce "Last Name" field.
Formyoula "Company" field to the Salesforce "Company" field.
Formyoula "Email" field to the Salesforce "Email" field.
And the Formyoula "Business Card Photo" field to the Salesforce "Photo URL" custom field. If you do not have a custom photo field on the Lead object please follow this guide to create one - http://support.formyoula.com/knowledgebase/articles/387783-display-images-and-signatures-in-salesforce.
Check if the mappings are correct.
Go back to the Formyoula Dashboard when done.
On the Formyoula Dashboard, click the "Try" button to launch the Mobile Web App.
Select the newly created form.
Fill in the form with as much information as you need and add a picture of the business card. Submit the form when it is completed.
Now when you open Salesforce you will be able to see the new Lead.
