Import Form Fields From One Form Into Another

This guide explains how to import form fields from one form into another.

1. Initial Setup:

• Drag and drop an “Import Form Fields” field onto your form.
• Rename the field as needed.

2. Configuring The “Import Form Fields” Field:

• Click the pencil icon of the “Import Form Fields” field.
• Add/paste the template ID of the form template you want to import fields from.

Note: Follow the steps below to copy the template ID of the form you want to import fields from.

• Go to the Dashboard- https://app.formyoula.com/dashboard
• Edit the form template.
• Copy the template ID from the URL.

3. Test Your Form:

• Try the form.
• This will import the fields from the existing form whose ID was entered in the “Import Form Fields” field.

Optional: Import Form Fields Into A Repeat Group.

4. Initial Setup:

• Drag and drop a “Repeat” field onto your form.
• Rename the field as needed.

5. Configuring The “Import Form Fields” Field:

• Click the pencil icon of the “Import Form Fields” field.
• Paste the field ID of the “Repeat” field into the “Repeat Group Field ID” option.
• Save the changes.

6. Test Your Form:

• Try the form.
• This will import the form fields into the repeat group section.
