In this guide, we will explain how to disable the Salesforce Lookup field once it is prefilled.
We will use the Field Update Workflow field to achieve this.
Drag and drop a Salesforce Lookup field and a Field Update Workflow field on your form. Rename the fields.
Click the pencil icon of the Salesforce Lookup field. Set Object and Display addition fields as shown below. Save the changes.
Click the pencil icon of the Field Update Workflow field and set the Rule Criteria as shown below.
Lookup field || not equal to ||
Set Field Updates Success.
Lookup field || disabled || true
Set Field Updates Fail.
Lookup field || disabled || false
Save the changes and try the form. It will disable the lookup field once it is prefilled.
Note: You can follow the same steps to disable a Salesforce Select field.
