This guide will explain how to integrate your form with Zapier. You can send your submitted form entry data to other online services like Google Sheets and Slack.

To add Zapier integration to a new or existing Formyoula form, please drag and drop the Zapier field on your form page from the Media fields tab.
Click the “Pencil” icon to edit the Zapier field on your form. This will reveal your Zapier API Key that you can use to add a new Formyoula.com Zapier app account.
Please copy the Zapier API Key and add a new Formyoula.com Zapier account connection for your zaps.
After selecting the Formyoula.com Zapier app, please paste the Zapier API key.
Now you can create a new zap with your Formyoula.com app connection.
Chose the Trigger Event called “New Form Entry Submission” and continue with the set-up steps.
When you reach the Test Trigger step, please copy the Zapier Webhook URL and paste it into your Formyoula form Zapier field.

Now you can save your Formyoula form and submit a test form entry to generate field mappings on your new Zapier zap.
For example, you can add Google Sheets integration where you can map your Formyoula form fields to the Google Sheet columns to create new table rows.
