This guide will explain how to uncheck a Checkbox in Salesforce by sending the blank field values.
- Initial Setup:
- Drag and drop a “Salesforce Lookup” and a “CheckBox” field onto your form.
- Rename the fields as needed.
- Configuring The “Salesforce Lookup” Field:
- Click the pencil icon of the “Salesforce Lookup” field.
- Set “Object” and set “Display Additional Fields” as needed.
- Save the changes.
- Setup A Salesforce Connection:
- Click on the "Create a Connection" button under the "Next Step" column.
- Select “Salesforce" from the available connections list and click "Create Connection".
- Select an Object and click “Save and Continue”.
- Map the Form field to the Object field.
- Click “Salesforce Record Settings”.
- Set the lookup field for the “Update Based On Lookup” option.
- Enable the “Send Blank Field Values” option.
- This option will send the blank field values to Salesforce.
- Save the changes.
- Test Your Form:
- Lookup an Account.
- Submit the form without checking the CheckBox.
- It will uncheck the CheckBox in Salesforce.
