This guide will explain how to provide direct form access without showing on the mobile app home page.
The form will not show on the user's mobile app home page, but the user can access the form through another shared form.
We will use two Forms.
Create your first form. Drag and drop some fields. Click “Setup”.
Enable the Access for Community Users option. Save the changes.
Copy the Form ID from the URL. Save & Close the form.
Create your Second Form. Drag and drop a Navigation field.
Click the pencil icon of the Navigation field. Rename the Label. Click “Open New Form”, and paste the form ID of the first form. Save the changes. Then Save & Close the form.
Share your second form with a Formyoula user in your organisation.
When the Formyoula user will try your second form and click the “New Form” Navigation button.
It will Submit your second form and will launch the first form for the Formyoula user.
