Set Default Field Values Using Field Update Workflow

In this guide, we will explain how to set default field values using the Field Update Workflow field.

The Field Update Workflow field allows setting default field values without adding any Rule Criteria.

Drag and drop a Field Update Workflow, a Text, a TextArea and a Select field.

Click the pencil icon of the Field Update Workflow field. Add Field Updates and set default field values for the Text, TextArea and Select fields.

Optional: You can add a success message.

Try the form. The fields will fill up with default field values.
