This guide will explain how to preview a Salesforce file on Formyoula form using the Salesforce File Preview field. We will use the Salesforce Select field for the ContentVersion object record ID.
Optional: You can use the Salesforce Lookup or the Hidden field for the ID of the ContentVersion object record.
Drag and drop a Salesforce Select field and a Salesforce File Preview field.
Click the pencil icon of the Salesforce Select field. Set the Object (ContentVersion) and Display Additional Fields as shown below. Save the changes.
Click the pencil icon of the Salesforce File Preview field. Set “Select Record” in Salesforce File Field. Save the changes.
The “Salesforce File Field” needs a field containing the ID of the ContentVersion object record.
Try the Form. It will preview the file you select in the Salesforce Select field.
