In this guide, we will explain how to Import and Attach Salesforce files to Email Templates.
- Initial Setup:
- Drag and drop a “Salesforce Select” field onto your form.
- Rename the field as needed.
- Configuring The “Salesforce Select” Field:
- Click the pencil icon on the “Salesforce Select” field.
- Set the "Object" option as shown in the screenshot.
- Rename the “Button Label” as needed.
- Set “Display Additional Fields”.
- Establishing an Email connection:
- Click the "Add" button under the "Connections" column or press on the "Create a Connection" button under the "Next Step" column or select "Add/ Edit Connections" from the "Actions" list.
- Select "Email" from the available connections list and click "Create Connection".
- Fill in the email ID “To Email”.
- Subject the email as needed.
- Select the “Salesforce Select” field in the “Salesforce File Attachment Field” option.
- It will import and attach the Salesforce file to the Email template.
- Save all the changes.
- Test The Form:
- Select a Salesforce file on the form and submit it.
- The selected Salesforce file will be imported and attached to the email template.
