This guide will explain how to hide a field if a specific field value is selected.
We will hide a CheckBox field using the Field Update Workflow field if the user selects a specific value in the Select field.
Drag and drop a Select, a CheckBox and two Field Update Workflow fields.
Click the pencil icon of the first Field Update Workflow field.
Set Rule Criteria:
Select list||equals||Select Two
Set Field Updates:
CheckBox Field||hidden||true
This workflow will hide the CheckBox field if the user selects “Select Two” in the Select field.
Click the pencil icon of the second Field Update Workflow field.
Set Rule Criteria:
Select list||not equal to||Select Two
Set Field Updates:
CheckBox Field||hidden||false
This workflow will show the CheckBox field if the user does not selects “Select Two” in the Select field.
Try the form. It will hide the CheckBox field if the user selects “Select Two” in the Select field.
