In this guide, we will explain how to send Formyoula Connection errors into the Microsoft Teams channel. We will use the Microsoft Teams channel’s email address to send a connection error email.
- Get the Microsoft Teams channel email address:

- Update the form owner's email address:
- Update the Microsoft Teams channel email address to the form owner's email address. It will send the connection errors to the updated email address.
For Admin Users:
- Click “Setup” under your name on the Dashboard.
- Update “Email Address” with the Microsoft Teams channel email address. Click “Update Account”.
For Other Users:
- Click “Users” under your name on the Dashboard. Or click “Users” on the Dashboard.
- Edit a user by clicking the “Edit” under the down arrow.
- Update the “Email” with the Microsoft Teams channel email address. Click “Update User”.
- Microsoft Teams channel email address in the Formyoula email connection:
- You can use the Microsoft Teams channel email address in the Formyoula email connection.
- Click on the "Create a Connection" button under the "Next Step" column.
- Select "Email" from the available connections list and click "Create Connection".
- Use the Microsoft Teams channel email address in the “To Email” option.
