In this guide, we will explain how to display a date field if a signature is captured in a Repeat field.
We will perform this using the Field Update Workflow Field.
Drag and drop a Signature, a Date and two Field Update Workflow fields.
Optional: Click the pencil icon of the Date field and set the Default Date “Today”.
Click the pencil icon of the first Field Update Workflow Field and set Field Update:
Date Field||hidden||true
Save the changes.
Click the pencil icon of the second Field Update Workflow Field and Set Rule Criteria and Field Updates:
Rule Criteria- Signature Input||not equal to||
Field Updates- Date Field||hidden||false
Save the changes.
Try the form. Inside the repeat group, when you sign on the Signature field the Date field will show the default date.
