Concatenating Form Field Values Into a Hidden field

In this guide, we will explain how to concatenate multiple field values into one field.

1. Please drag and drop the required fields and a Hidden field:

2. Please edit the Hidden field by adding the First and Last Name merge field IDs:

The field IDs can be located on the bottom of each form field:

3. Please enable “Use Merge Fields” option on the Hidden field:

Now, once we capture values on the First and Last Name fields on the form:

The values will be concatenated into the Hidden field. The Hidden field value can be exported will be accessible on a CSV export for the form submission, or you can send the value from the Hidden field to any Salesforce field.
