Attach A File To A Newly Created Record Using File Upload

Please add two hidden fields in the form along with the file upload element as shown in the screenshot below.

Name them as share_type and visibility with values V and AllUsers respectively.

Click on the pencil icon over the file upload element and select the object type as file.

Save and close the form and go to the connection setup.

Create a connection for the record that we need to create for example create a new account record.

After that create another connection for file upload select the salesforce object ContentDocumentLink (Content Document Link) and map the hidden fields.

Now try the form.

It will send the file uploaded using file upload to the newly created account record.
