By adding users to your organization you will be able to share your forms and set the access level for each user.
To add users please go to your Formyoula Dashboard and click on the "Users" section.
Here you can see all the users in your organization, to add more users please click the "Add user" button.
You can add users manually.
After the users are added to your organization you can manage your licenses between them by pressing the "Activate" and "Deactivate" buttons.
To open the form sharing option manager go to your Formyoula Dashboard and click the "Share" button next to the form.
Here you will see all the users in your organization. You can manage licenses and add users from this page as well, this will redirect you to the "Users" page.
You can now control each user's access level on your form.
None: The user will not see this form on their Formyoula mobile or web application.
Create Entries- Users will only be able to submit form entries and will not be able to access captured entries on the Formyoula dashboard.
Create & View Entries- Users will be able to submit form entries and view their captured entries on the Formyoula Dashboard.
Create & View Entries & Edit Form- Users will be able to capture and view entries, edit the form, manage form connections and download all captured entries.
