Find Salesforce Lead Status Field Based on A Contact Lookup

In this guide, we will explain how to find a Lead Status field based on a Contact Lookup using the Contact record email field.

Drag and drop 1 Salesforce Lookup, 2 Salesforce Prefill and 2 Text fields as shown in the screenshot below.

Click the pencil icon and rename the text fields to Contact Email and Lead Status, as shown below.

Click the pencil icon of Salesforce Lookup, Select Contact in the object, and rename the label and button label to “Contact Lookup” and “Find Contact” respectively. Then click the check button and save the changes.

Click the pencil icon of the first Salesforce Prefill field, select Contact in the object and rename the Label to “Prefill Contact Email”. Then drop down the Formyoula Parent Field and Salesforce Parent Field and select the “Contact Lookup” and “Contact ID” respectively.

Map the Form Field (Contact Email) with Object Field (Email) as shown below. Click the check box and save the changes.

Click the pencil icon of the second Salesforce Prefill field, select Lead in the object and rename the Label to “Prefill Lead Status”. Then drop down the Formyoula Parent Field and Salesforce Parent Field and select the “Contact Email” and “Email” respectively.

Map the Form Field (Lead Status) with Object Field (Status) as shown below. Click the check box and save the changes.
