What happens to any form that we submitted that isn’t coming through to our Salesforce records?

Please check the recent form entries on your Formyoula dashboard. Any entries with a red notification will display any Salesforce error messages explaining why the entry was not created on Salesforce.

Some of the common Salesforce insert errors:

  • Validation rule or trigger prevents the entry on Salesforce due to custom validation
  • User submitting the entry does not have access to create or update entries on the object
  • Required fields are missing. If you have custom required fields, please make sure they are mapped on the Formyoula Salesforce connection
